the famous churchill downs

Otherwise known as home of the Kentucky Derby.  The morning I took these, we went here.  (Can you believe there is not a single leaf left on that tree?)  The fall colors are slowly disappearing.  Sad.  Anyway... before we move away from Louisville we knew we had to tour Churchill downs.  It's way different than I pictured, but really cool to see in person.  If you ever find yourself in Louisville, you should go.  It was really cold that morning!  But better than going in the deathly summer... which is what we were trying to avoid (;
