Halloween was so great. The kids and I were out and about most of it renting a halloween movie, getting a free kids meal at our favorite sub place Firehouse, and to other stores. I found that Red Chili Pepper costume for less than two dollars and I HAD to get it. I wanted to try it on H but I was also going to turn it into Tony's costume (you'll see). After dinner we all went out Trick-or-Treating around our neighborhood. After that we looked over the candy and I changed for a friends Halloween party around the corner. I was a garden gnome! Since I never ended up using the Chili costume for Tony, I wanted to put H in it and say he was from my garden but eh- he fell asleep and it was already kinda late and past their bedtime so I didn't bother.
While we were trick-or-treating I went to hold B's hand and he told me- "Mom, don't hold my haaand!" He's growing up too fast. Oh so you see Tony in his plaid? He was going to wear a gnome hat and beard to match me but I got lazy and never made them. Thanks for being willing T! Maybe next year I'll be on top of it. My costume was again all stuff I already had minus the gnome hat I purchased early on in the month especially for the day. I'm glad I went ahead and made good use of it! You may recognize my dress and apron (;Our friends party was really cute- and our neighborhood is really friendly! It was the best day...

Was Tony sad he didn't dress up?

Your boys are so dang cute! And so was your costume!
I wish it was warmer here for Halloween! It was in the 40's so we have to bundle up. Bummer.
Thanks for the comment by the way!
