This past Saturday we had a lot of fun as a family. It was the start of Tony's long three day weekend- yay! We got out that morning and afternoon but OBVIOUSLY had to come back for Michigan's first game of the season. THEY WON! Besides watching the game with my boys, my favorite thing about game day is the FOOD! Tony took Brody and they got a bunch of junk food for us to enjoy. I think my favorite thing of the afternoon is the delicious pizza bites- that take 20 minutes to make & bake total. You really have to try them!! They are perfect for game day or that super bowl party you are planning (:
We always have to take our opening day family picture! Oops looks like we missed last year... but we got one in 2009! So anyway....
Mmmm. So they are SIMPLE to make. Best part is they are just like pizza but all in a bite (and not nasty and processed tasting like totinos. (no offense pizza rolls). Better yet, it's not complicated dealing with yeast, rising dough, waiting for it, yadda yadda...
Ingredients:
3/4 c flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 1/4 cheese
4oz pepperoni, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Mix completely. Spoon batter into the prepared mini-muffin sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes. (I usually pull them at 15 minutes)
enjoy with a side of marinara, and come back to thank me!

Go Michigan (:
Pizza is the best football snack food ever. A few years ago we used to order from Red Devil Pizza but now I think we're gonna attempt to make our own hehe But the pizza bites are amazing too. Finger foods (:
(I just started my pinterest account.. I'm kind of excited to get addicted haha!)
